Art Jam

Get messy with us as we explore art theory and techniques with the guidance of our resident artist and somatics practitioner, Eve. 

Eve will guide us through the session by providing different prompts to help us understand the topic of the month. In previous Art Jam's we have discovered surrealism with popcorn, used our whole body to explore how to place a line on canvas, and learned how to transform our experience with the humble colored pencil.
