About Seth ParadoxÂ
"I come from an artistic family. My maternal grandfather, among many other things, was a painter and passed on key pointers. After receiving an MFA, I spent some years studying with a range of artists, working in mediums such as encaustics, Venetian plaster, and traditional painting.Â
Working with a labor artist, who inspired me to try collage, I made my first large-scale piece (over 50 square feet). From that inspiration on, I have been dismantling old books and magazines and reimagining their images. As I go about my career, passing on the learning I have received is an integral part of the journey, and I appreciate helping others tap into their creative, artistic inspiration, working with adults and children."
